Reservation prices

Essential: $956 CAD: Pay $956 CAD in full now and save 20%. Or pay a $250 CAD deposit toward the regular $1,195 CAD price, with $945 CAD due before shipping.
Complete: $1,032.50 CAD: Pay $1,032.50 CAD in full now and save 30%. Or pay a $250 CAD deposit toward the regular $1,475 CAD price, with $1,225 CAD due before shipping.
Atelier: $1,319.50 CAD: Pay $1,319.50 CAD in full now and save 30%. Or pay a $250 CAD deposit toward the regular $1,885 CAD price, with $1,635 CAD due before shipping.

Your model and tier

Choose your model, tier and payment option. We confirm your prescription, fit, final finish and delivery address before shipping. The lenses, finish, case, setup and coverage listed for your tier are included. Applicable tax and any extras you select are itemized separately. UPS Standard tracked North American delivery is included. Prices in Canadian dollars, before tax. Specifications are design targets, confirmed before shipping.

Full pre-launch payment

Full payment before launch saves 20% on Essential ($956 CAD), 30% on Complete ($1,032.50 CAD) or 30% on Atelier ($1,319.50 CAD), before tax. There is no remaining frame balance. Deposits do not qualify for this discount.

Deposit and balance

A refundable $250 CAD deposit is credited in full toward your chosen tier's regular price. The remaining balance is due when your pair is ready, before shipping: Essential $945 CAD, Complete $1,225 CAD or Atelier $1,635 CAD. No sales tax is charged on the reservation. You can cancel for a full refund before final payment. We contact you to arrange payment of the balance after confirming the final specification and complete charges. The balance is not charged automatically. Your pair ships only after the balance has been paid.

Checkout and payment

Shopify shows the items, amount due today, applicable tax and customer details before payment. You can correct your information or leave checkout without paying. Your payment method is charged only when you submit payment. This is a pre-launch order for a product in development, not an immediately available item.

Cancellation and refunds

Your $250 CAD deposit is fully refundable at any time before final payment. Full pre-launch payments are refundable before shipment. Contact hello@see-hear.ca to cancel. Refunds go to the original payment method within 15 days after a valid cancellation notice. If See-Hear cancels the release or cannot offer your order, we refund your payment. For deposit cancellations, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days after a valid cancellation notice.

Priority and product development

VIP priority applies ahead of the general release; it does not guarantee a particular shipping date. Joining the free waitlist provides updates and does not reserve a pair or shipping place. Images and specifications describe the intended product and may change during development. We confirm final specifications before fulfillment.

Delivery

First shipments are estimated for late 2027. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping date. UPS Standard tracked delivery to your confirmed North American address is included in the frame price. The contractual delivery deadline is January 1, 2029.

These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law. Your Shopify order confirmation records your name, order date, amount paid and reservation details.

Earlier reservations retain their original terms: August 24, 2026, September 16, 2026 and September 22, 2026.
