Reservation prices
- Essential: $1,195 CAD
- Essential standard price: $1,195 CAD. $945 CAD later, after your $250 CAD deposit.
- Complete: $1,032.50 CAD
- Complete Founder price: $1,032.50 CAD. $782.50 CAD later, after your $250 CAD deposit.
- Atelier: $1,319.50 CAD
- Atelier Founder price: $1,319.50 CAD. $1,069.50 CAD later, after your $250 CAD deposit.
What your deposit reserves
A refundable $250 CAD deposit reserves priority access to the first shipments and is credited in full toward your chosen tier. No sales tax is charged on the reservation. You can cancel for a full refund before final payment. The deposit reserves one place in the first release. It is not the finished glasses or the final payment. Your deposit reserves one place. We confirm your tier, frame, fit and delivery address before final payment.
Tier prices and the Founder offer
The Founder offer takes 30% off Complete, bringing it to $1,032.50 CAD, and Atelier, bringing it to $1,319.50 CAD. Essential remains $1,195 CAD. Reserve with a refundable $250 CAD deposit, then pay the remaining balance after we confirm the final specification and charges. The lenses, finish, case, setup and coverage listed for your tier are included. Applicable tax and any extras you select are itemized before final payment. UPS Standard tracked North American delivery is included. Prices in Canadian dollars, before tax. Specifications are design targets, confirmed before shipping.
Checkout and final payment
Shopify shows the $250 CAD deposit and your details before payment. You can correct your information or leave checkout without paying. Your payment method is charged only when you submit payment. We request the remaining balance after confirming your tier, frame, fit, delivery address, final specification and complete charges. You are not required to proceed.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before final payment by emailing hello@see-hear.ca from the address used at checkout. If See-Hear cancels the release or cannot offer you a final order, we refund the deposit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days after a valid cancellation notice.
Priority and product development
VIP priority applies ahead of the general release; it does not guarantee a particular shipping date. Joining the free waitlist provides updates and does not reserve a pair or shipping place. Product and production updates accompany your reservation. Images and specifications describe the intended product and may change during development. We disclose the final specification before requesting final payment.
Delivery
First shipments are estimated for late 2027. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping date. UPS Standard tracked delivery to your confirmed North American address is included in the frame price. The contractual delivery deadline is January 1, 2029.
These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law. Your Shopify order confirmation records your name, order date, amount paid and reservation details.
