What you are buying today
The CAD $250 charge buys one refundable place in the See-Hear Founder release. It is applied in full toward the CAD $1,495 total Founder frame price. It is not the finished glasses and it is not the final payment.
Price and charges
All amounts are Canadian dollars. Total Founder frame price: CAD $1,495. Due today: a refundable CAD $250 deposit. No sales tax is charged on the reservation. Remaining balance: CAD $1,245. The total Founder frame price includes UPS Standard tracked parcel delivery to the buyer's confirmed North American address. Prescription lenses, optional finishes, and accessories are charged only if selected and are separately itemized before final payment.
Payment and error correction
Shopify presents the reservation order, the CAD $250 total due, customer information, and available payment methods for review before payment. No sales tax is charged on the reservation. You can go back and correct the cart or your information, or leave checkout without paying. Your selected payment method is charged only when you submit the Shopify payment step.
Final payment
We request the remaining CAD $1,245 only after confirming the production specification, the buyer's North American delivery address, any selected prescription lenses, optional finishes or accessories, and the complete final-order charges. Selected extras are separately itemized. You are not required to proceed.
Delivery
UPS Standard tracked parcel delivery to the buyer's confirmed North American address is included in the CAD $1,495 total Founder frame price. Delivery will be no later than January 1, 2029.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before making the final payment by emailing hello@see-hear.ca from the address used at checkout. If See-Hear cancels the release or cannot offer you a final order, we refund the deposit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days after a valid cancellation notice.
Product description and changes
The planned Founder product is prescription-ready consumer audio eyewear with open-ear speakers, Bluetooth music and calls, phone-based EQ controls, and rechargeable frame electronics. Images show the intended direction. Dimensions, weight, finishes, battery performance, software, and other specifications may change during development. We disclose the final specification before asking for final payment.
Medical boundary
See-Hear is consumer audio eyewear. It is not a hearing aid, medical device, or treatment for hearing loss, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any medical condition.
These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law. Your Shopify order confirmation records your name, order date, amount paid, and reservation details.
